Selected black but after seeing many posts here, not sure if I should change to silver. Freeze date is early next week. If I want to make change, do I have to call my SA? Can I change it on my own?

Call your SA to make the change and ask him to send you a printout showing the change. It should also show up on the Track your Dream app as well. Do it now as freeze dates can change.
