Requesting Your Thoughts/Opinions On My C2S Build
Input on 2 of your options.
4 way vs 18 way. I'm tall. Initially I thought I'd have an issue with no rake adjustment on the bottom of the seat of the 4 way. Now having had the 4 way, I actually prefer them. The manual slider for fore-aft is super nice. Great supportive seats. Feels that they're designed for you without any adjustment needed, right when you sit down.
Sunroof delete. I always prefer cars without sunroofs. More headroom.
Buy the car that you want with the options you want. The SA is giving his opinion, your car is not going to be less desirable compared to one with a sunroof or with 18 ways. There are plenty of people that want a car with only 4 ways and no sunroof.

I will say: I was just driving my dad's 991 TTS this morning, and I spent some time adjusting the lower lumbar area of the seat to better support my back. I spent so much time focused on the upper and lower seat bolster adjustments, I hadn't considered what a difference lumbar reinforcement might make. I found a level of lumbar support that I often lack in other cars that leads to discomfort on longer drives.
That's something that would sure be nice on lengthy road trips. I don't know how much support the lumbar has on the 4-way SS+. Just something I'm now considering.
I'd stay with the 4 ways seats unless your car will be driven regularly by other people. If it will be, you'll appreciate the memory feature of the more expensive seats. I have always opted for the non-memory seats in my Porsches, as I am the only driver of them, and have never wished I could adjust them differently from what they allow. Also, reconsider a sunroof. It is good to open the sunroof a little when your driver's side window is open to eliminate wind buffeting-- and, there are always "convertible days" when you wish you had a cabriolet. On those days it is nice to open the sunroof and both windows. That doesn't make it a convertible, but the effect is mighty close. I don't believe the sunroof either increases or decreases your car's value by much on resale.
@Marantz2270 you have a beautiful build.
My highly subjective opinion ... The only thing I might delete is the Sport Design package. The back treatment looks a bit weird in person and the front makes it looks like the outgoing model.
This approach might free up budget for something else that is on your list.
