I love chalk or crayon as they call it here, however did anyone had second thoughts after he ordered the car? or did you regret getting chalk?
I'm going with Slate grey neo, what do you think?

They are the Anrky AN22 style. I actually bought them from another owner who ordered them for their car but never installed them. I was told they are Turbo S wheel width and offsets. I did not measure them before I installed them, unfortunately, however they do fill out the car perfectly. I'm sure if you reach out to Anrky they can give you pricing and or route you to a vendor who sells them.

I love my Chalk 992 but I would absolutely do Slate Grey Neo if speccing a car today. My only slight "reservation" with Chalk on the 992 is that it looks very white-ish in certain lights. Something about the lines of the 992 seems to really minimize the gray hues. Slate Grey Neo over a Guards Red interior w/buckets is a dream spec of mine.

Here’s an example of what I’m referring to under the same lighting…

It’s not the lines of the car. It’s the fact that Chalk on the 992 is a different color (…more inherent white) than Chalk on Macans and Cayennes; the Chalk color on the latter two cars have more gray. This has been discussed in the past.

Darker, more gray Chalk is consistent on Macans and Cayennes. Chalk on 911’s regularly gets mistaken for white in photos. That doesn’t happen with the SUV’s.

Yes the paint code is the same, but the hues vary. BMW Alpine White, for example, is the same color code but comes in 3 different shades of white.

I would think so, and that would make sense, but I ran into the issue first hand with BMW’s Alpine White. The code was the same, but the tints were very slightly different. With Chalk, it’s pretty obvious to the eye though when you see the SUV’s. I would prefer the darker gray Chalk if I’m being honest. When I first decided on Chalk, I had a Nardo Gray ///M4. The Macans and Cayennes reminded me of a lighter Nardo. When my 911 arrived, I was surprised how much lighter it was than I expected.

As a fellow Chalk owner, I'm with you, it's a very strange phenomenon.

I've noticed this with my 992 Arctic grey and a Cayenne in Arctic Grey. Slight but noticeable difference in hue. This IS weird.
