I would be totally down for some type of enclosed car environment with amenities for storage, detailing, hanging out and shooting the ****. Although that for me isnt it. My concept would be more high end furnished and social oriented. So a bar, pool table, workstations and some really compliant and well trained staff. So a kind of a combination Four Seasons/Country Club/Auto Zone. I would pay for something like that.

That's what I'm trying to accomplish. Easy in-out and you have your own garage (about 1,200 sqft) to do really anything you want. This photo is basically what I want to do. We give you a blank canvas and you let your imagination run wild and we will build it out for you. This

yes, that was just a rough example. Most people do them as just the metal shell and then leave it to the buyer to go in and add the mezzanine and sheet rock and so on. Ideally mine would be rocked, HVAC, and will have all wiring done with the ability to add anything you like, so owners can add speakers TVs additional lighting lifts and really what ever they want as long as they have the pockets for it. Most go with the if you have the money and you want it you can have it and i will be more than happy to facilitate their wish to spend more money with me 😃
