Anyone know of an indy shop in New Jersey with PIWIS 3? Hoping to find someone who will "turn on" the full function of the Matrix headlights. Thanks in advance for your help.

I did find a shop with a PIWIS 3, and this was their response:
Thank you for your email, yes we do have a PIWIS 3, but we have not attempted this coding change to date. If you would like us to attempt this on your behalf we can do so, but be advised you will be invoiced for the technicians time spent trying to achieve your desired outcome.

I have used RSW before for an unusual request and definitely recommend them. They are not inexpensive, but I found their shop and technicians to be impressive. While nothing is guaranteed, my understanding is PIWIS 3 is capable of this type of coding, and I would expect to have to pay for an hour of labor, certainly not more than two.
After doing something similar with the headlights on one of our BMW's myself (where the cost for equipment for coding is far far less), I'm actually pretty confident RSW can make this change fairly easily. Assuming Porsche's Matrix headlights are anything similar to BMW's anti-dazzle headlights, after my experience with the BMW I'm willing to pay the $2000 for the optional lights (plus a couple of hundred dollars to get them coded to the European spec) as on the BMW turning on the European spec dramatically improved night time visibility.
But I won't be doing this for a while as I'm just about to order the C4S now and won't have it for several months. The reason I was researching this now was to decide if I should add the $2000 matrix headlights to my build.
