I'm interested as well! I thought this has been done before and this is the first I'm hearing that the amber/red blinks together. But I think what I was hearing was on a 991 so maybe the 992 is what has the issue?

If you are moving to the Middle East you may be able to leave it as a US spec car. They accept US vehicle certifications throughout that region. Good Luck.

I lived in Saudi back in the 1990's we drove all kinds of American vehicles around there, they did not seem to care. Seems like maybe the Porsche dealer in Saudi could make any required modifications for you?

All I remember is if they are passing on a two lane road and a car is coming from the opposite direction, neither car will move over, the desert was littered with mangled car frames from head-on collisions.
