To get into my car, I always put one foot in, get the lower half of my body in there, place myself onto the seat, then put other leg in, key is placing yourself onto the seat and not dragging across the seat, either bottom or back bolster.
That’s exactly how it’s done.
Anyone sitting first is going to make too much contact with the bolster; while also wearing out the seat centers on rotation.

Griots sells Interior Detailer which is a light interior cleaner for all surfaces and is also a UV protectant.
A buddy who dyes leather professionally says any leather conditioner tends to sit on top of the leather dye and just causes a sticky mess over time. The conditioner will only penetrate the dye along character lines and stitching/ventilation holes.
I use Zaino Z9 to clean and Z10 to condition. Also, I like Adams polishes leather products. Definitely agree with watching entry and egress "technique".
My worst problem is the tan leather and blue jean dye transfer - even with the most faded jeans, it happens quickly. I've resorted to a tan towel in the seat as I got tired of cleaning it off. Love the tan leather, love my jeans, but they do not love each other! If there's a product that protects against that, then I'm in.
‘I have spec’ d the beige interior and wear older jeans everyday I am not in court. The dealer said that older jeans aren’t a problem. Am I going to regret this interior over my original black choice?

On exiting the car - I’m torn between using right hand on the steering wheel for leverage to help pull me out which I worry about wear and tear and placing my left hand in the sill plate to help push me up where I sort of fall out of the car. I’m middle aged but not in that bad of shape and can’t see how to get out of this thing without awkwardness.

I always use my right hand on the steering wheel to pull myself out, but then I only weigh 165lbs so I’m less worried about ripping that thing off with my weight.

I've had 3 911's with beige interior and wear jeans 90% of the time. Never have any dye transfer. I do clean the seats every 3-6 months with a mild cleaner. The "experts " I believe in say cleaning is the most important thing. Modern leather doesn't need all the exotic sounding conditioners.

I totally agree. I use Leather Masters products. There protection cream works great with no dye transfer. The new leathers are coated so the “conditioners” really don’t do much.
Cleaner for both, Leather Masters. Zaino Z9 is great too.

If you're using your car as a daily driver and getting in and out of it with scrubs, based on your username, I'm guessing it would be less of an issue.
No way an I bringing nasty scrubs into my car - those come off before I leave work haha

Getting out of a Lambo is a bit trickier as it sits lower to the ground. Trick on both cars is the ability to open the door wide enough, making it much easier to exit the vehicle.

going to give the zaino products a try. Never used them.

I think you will really like Z9 and Z10 (very authentic leather smell)!! I recently ordered some of the Adams Polishes Leather cleaner and Leather Conditioner (gets great reviews) that I'm anxious to try. Do yourself a favor and get a couple of the purpose built foam applicator pads for the the leather conditioner......makes the job a snap! For the leather cleaner, I use a purpose built brush to agitate then wipe with a microfiber cloth.
