How in the world are you guys doing all this minute to minute tracking of cars and ships? According to the PNA site, my car has been sitting at the port in Emden for 5-6 days now. Doesn't show ship's name or anything of that sort. How long is a typical time for them to sit on port waiting to be loaded?

There are three VW export ships hitting Emden in next few days...Viking Bravery (11/25), Siem Cicero (11/26) and Bishu Highway (11/29) so could get on one of those or it could be later ships if you don't. My car is at port in Emden too.

Does anyone know the travel time from Zuffenhausen to Emden and also do trains go out every day or is it only a few times a week.TYD says one week from completion to being in Emden Port but it seems like the TYD default for everything is one week.

27 miles to JaxPort.... Should be on the ground today, and hopefully on a truck to Sarasota.

My C2 has made it to Emden.
From build start date on 11/18 to arrival in Emden 11/27 was 10 days so good to see no major delays going on in the factory.
Currently scheduled for a ship to RI on the 18th but with one on the 3rd and one on the 5th which would make this an early Christmas (assuming CARB is resolved.
I understand cars have to be in port by 4pm two business days prior to departure and so here is hoping that I can be on at least one of the two earlier ships for if not I have to wait until the 18th.Yes I know seems trite after all the EPA and CARB delays for the earlier buyers but with the Christmas week off, no where to go and a fresh set of winter wheels waiting for I could land up breaking in my car by new year !!!!!
Build: C2 Midnight Blue/Slate Grey, SC, PSE, SS+ (4 way) 20/21/Heated GT SW/ Partial leather and a whole lot of torque
