Final build thoughts
My C2S cab mt goes into its freeze in 8 days and just seeing if there's anything I'm missing/should add. Also what packages should I expect the finance guy to throw at me on delivery day, I like to not get blindsided by a slew of "packages" (tire and wheel, service, etc) that I may or may not give into at the moment. Not looking for a super sporty build, more of a weekend warrior/almost daily driver, so I don't need RAS PASM. Let me know your thoughts on if there's something you can't live without or think makes the car look better inside and out!

For my MT C2S cab I thought sport pack, 4 way sport plus (quick slide capability for access to back seat area), upgraded audio (need some kind of bump if top mostly down), vent seats (sun can make it hot) and full leather (interior will get lots of views as a cab) with leather sun visors and leather steering wheel column were 'musts'.
PS, I would just comment do you really want all in Premium? Also power steering plus doesn't seem to get much love here...and may want to consider manual seats for my reasoning above...

I'm a sucker for a white 911 and it looks great. For me personally, the red top and red interior could be a lot of red but having the two-tone black/red interior could break that up. Those wheels seem to fit the cab nicely.
Seats - I'm assuming that you have spent some time sitting in the sport vs. sport plus seats because the fit is so personal. With my body type the regular sport seats push in my shoulders and the sport plus seats are more comfortable. Having owned 4 way and 18 way seats, I check the sport plus seats and save money with the 4way because I'm the only driver and don't need the memory or extra settings. I can get quite comfortable with the 4 way seats.
Packages - I'm likely an outlier here but I wouldn't check the premium package. I only care about the Bose and ventilated seats (when that is an option) so it is cheaper for me to select individually. The regular headlights are fine by me and seem to have a darker ring which looks good with white.
Other - I think the back of the 992 looks better with the model delete but purely personal preference there. I had power steering plus and to me it isn't worth any money...the cars are so easy to drive at low speed already and this should be an on/off free option set in PCM in my opinion. I like the lighter interior trim option...see if you like the look of the interior trim in leather on your build which gives you the lighter trim and a two-tone leather addition.
Your build is already fantastic and only you really know what you want. My only opinion of value is to ignore what we all say and buy what will maximize enjoyment and minimize regret

Thank you for the input. I really like the light trim, helps bring some light into the car. I went with the premium pack because i wanted LCA, Bose, Ventilated seats, power mirrors and 360 view (garage has plenty of kids hockey gear and other crap in it) so i could park with more ease of mind. I do think Power steering plus is kinda a gimmick i just didn’t know if it would help in parking situations. Seats i will say they only had 14 way at my dealer and i found them to be comfortable for me. Thinking about adding colored wheel centers and Porsche crest on headrests which I know is kinda a nonfunctional option but i think it helps break up the seats and wheels more. Might stick just the 911 only badge on there eventually but for now I’ll let it stay. Thanks for the input!

Agreed on the Porsche crest on the headrest...a classic design element and even more noticeable topless. I hear you on the surround view...just remember that the car comes with a backup camera and warning sensors in the front standard, although the camera will do a better job so the upgrade could be worth it pulling into the garage. I've just gotten use to an older 911 without any of that so I decided to use the money elsewhere. As hard as it is to finalize the configuration...it will be even harder waiting for that sweet car to arrive!
I did consider but the reds are different and the dealer said he saw one once and it kinda looked funny. I like the idea, just wish it was same color.
Here is my updated build, toying with the clear tail lights, can't decide if it looks better or not. Let me know your thoughts!

I won’t need access to back seats really at all, if ever so not to worried about that. I will probably scratch power steering plus. Premium is pretty much what i wanted the lights were kinda a 50/50 for me but everything else was something i wanted so i went for it. I will look at sun visors though interesting thought. Why steering column though? I feel like that’s not a big “touch point” but i may be wrong. Thanks for the input!
Plus, in our build we get 'free' deviated (BR) stitching on the steering column casing!

K, like stated it is a way to save a bunch of money too if you are main driver (plus the less motors to break the better in my mind)...search for steering column casing in this forum and you will see, I didn't think about either but the column is a big hunk of black plastic that seems out of place and this is a not so common and not too expensive way to 'dress up'.
Also, look at this for what will happen in 'The Box'...lol
