Historically, IMSA has always taken a back seat to Porsches WEC efforts. So as much as Ill miss seeing them at LS & watching them in the 24hr Daytona race. At least Silverstone, SPA, & Le Mans will remain.
Sure, I enjoy seeing the race there, but I was hoping for some/more US racing.
Me too. Looks like IMSA GTD team/s will be our fall back.
Not sure why my twitter link doesn't show on the PC version of Rennlist vs. the mobile, but I added a YT link in the post for some glorious RSR noise.
Slightly off topic, but back when Pat and Jorge were racing 911s with Flying Lizard, I was able to pick up a steering wheel used in the championship car from a charity auction. It's proudly displayed in my living room, haha.
The real question to me is what do I have to buy these beauty's. Definitely dream garage for me right there. Hopefully one day they sell the pair and I have the money for it..... going to have to start working a little harderWink
Met the owner of this beautiful RUF. He saw us admiring it & came riding in on the Weathertech 79 golf cart. We spoke about some of the special details on his car. Didnt catch his name, but my guess is hes a big fish with Proton Competition.
