Agate grey 992 Targa 4s delivered

agreed... MORE PICS!
I believe this is the first targa delivery on the site. It also confirms to me that targa looks more than justify any tradeoff in performance/comfort/wind buffeting or anything else you can complain about.

Quick report after spending a couple of hours behind the wheel today on curvy country roads with the targa top down.
I drive it mostly in sport mode and it feels very planted to the road and nimble. Does not "feel" heavy. It's a blast to drive when you get that flow on a curvy road. Performance is probably more than enough for all my driving. If you would track the car I'm sure there would be a difference between a coupe and a targa. I don't plan to track it. Feels very solid, no rattles or creaks.
Wind buffeting: yes, it's quite pronounced between 70-90 km/h if the wind deflector is not used. With it up the wind buffeting is gone. Above 100-110 km/h there is a lot less buffeting and I found myself sometimes using the wind deflector and other times not, it works either way above that speed.
I think the looks of the targa is really special, it also looks "muscular", much more so in the flesh compared with photos, and I'm very pleased with the agate color. It kind a changes between grey with brown tones to grey with green tones depending on light conditions.
Sport Chrono
Full leather, black with deviated stitching in crayon
Sport exhaust
Bose
Surround view
Sport seats+
Sport side skirts
and some other minor options
