Default Manual cars - auto blip softer in individual mode?

Is it my imagination or have other manual gearbox owners noticed that the auto-blip seems softer in individual mode than in sport or sport plus? Less aggressive and less sound.

I’m wondering if it's just that the sound symposer, or whatever its called, isn’t on in that mode.

Well I tried it today and I didn't notice any difference what so ever. Downshifted while in Sport Mode, then went to Individual and downshifted again .... no discernible difference IMO.

thanks for trying, it definitely makes a difference in my car. I’ll try and record and post it. Maybe the way I saved individual is involved.

yes, it has a different clutch and a manual shift mechanism but is fundamentally a 7-speed PDK box.

What are your individual settings?

OK, here is a short video. You'll have to turn the sound up reasonably but it's definitely a 'softer' auto-blip in individual compared with sport or sport-plus. To be fully transparent this is just for curiosity; I actually like that there is a setting which allows a 'quiet blip'.
