I've got a 2nd build on standby and just need to decide between the two, but check this one out and let me know your thoughts?

My personal opinion is to skip the SD front fascia. It's not that noticeable on a black car and you've already got a pretty sweet, low-option build going on.
And I'd say the same thing on your Agate build :-)

I thought the same thing at first, but it’s actually the character of the 992. And the SD looks a bit more like the 991.2. Which isn’t bad, but this isn’t that car. If you were to get the whole aero kit then I would get it though :-)

1. To me the SD front is too close to 991 but looks are subjective.
2. on the black car if you keep the red led strip and 3rd brake lights maybe consider adding the red setbelts andred tach. its a small touch but matches the all black with red accents.
3. on the black car since the wheels have chrome edging, you might keep the silver tailpipes and even add the alu window trim, OR change to RS or black wheels i.e. remove chrome on wheels. imho either keep the chrome wheel edging and add little more chrome back in like the tips and trim or remove all chrome.
