Default My new White Sport 992 C4S

Hey! First time Porsche owner here!

Over the weekend I went to dealership to order a Chalk 992 C2S, considering it was going to take 4+ months, then I test drove this one and fell in love. (White w/B. Red interior) I got super lucky with the sport package and the wheels to be honest I wasn’t even sure what I was looking for at the time and boom! I walked out with this beauty being my long anticipated leap into the Porsche family!

The only change I’ve made to the car is the full ceramic window tints. I went with 25% which I’m content with but I could’ve done lighter!

Here are some changes in planning on making (any and all advice will be appreciated)

- Spacers (15mm front 10mm rear) Any suggestions On brands or different sizes out of experience would be nice!

- GT Sport steering wheel in Alcantara B. Red, I looked all over for it and contacted suncoast they quoted me 1800 with a 6 month wait.

- clear lighting upgrade (markers, rear and third taillight)

- Black Powder Coat on wheels, rear porsche symbols, and tail pipes. (I’m still really debating on this since I know I will never be able to go back to the original finish on my wheels) need some advice here!

let me know what you guys think!

Beautiful! I would also not change a thing, except maybe the clear light markers and spacers.

Do you have experience with alcantara? Just checking, because steering wheel is not the ideal place for it. It will capture oils be sort of gross in a couple years.

I’d pass on alcantera. It’s hell living with it if you ask me.

id also pass on spacers. I find they vibrate the steering wheel at high speeds.

side markers. Drop in bmc filter and sport cats is the way to go in my opinion.

Gorgeous combo by the way. That’s a hard combo to find at the dealer.

congrats!

Beautiful car--congratulations!!! I wouldn't change a thing (except the side markers if it bugs you---but even they can work on a white car). Enjoy this beauty ;-)

I'd do the clear side markers and maybe the brake light. Don't powder coat those wheels. They're perfect.

Im in the camp as well of don't change a thing haha. But of all of that, DO NOT do the spacers, the wheels already are pretty flush and youll throw up so many more pebbles and stones at your rear fenders than you already thing as is...if the front wheels are out further, you need definitely need to PPF the entire rear hunch of the car (honestly, you should do this anyways). But WOW what a car!!!

NOOOOOO... don't powder coat the wheels/tailpipes/logos. Car looks so damn good as is, black wheels would really hurt the look IMHO.

Clear front side markers for sure. I wouldn't do the rear bar as I think the red ties in with the calipers...

Spacers would look great. I've heard mixed reviews on whether or not it effects performance but you are probably good.

I'm in the camp that likes alcantara... takes some maintenance and won't stay perfect but still... I'm a fan.

beautiful spec though, heckuva find on dealer floor...

Oh damn you - every time I see these wheels I wish I'd had the ***** (and £££s) to go for them!

Looks lovely in white - was certainly on my shortlist.

Contrary to what some of the others advised, I'm a huge fan of black wheels and did mine (look up the coat carrera classic wheels thread). Now kind of regret wasting ppl's time asking for input.
The wheels/look is a very personal preference. Think hard on it and don't get swayed by advice. You do you. Just my opinion.

That said I do love the white on black stormtrooper look on the 992.
