Default Is it possible to drop the glove box?

Not sure if this will even help, but I'm trying to get behind this right panel in the pic. Unfortunately, the bottom clip on this trim piece (which snaps into the fuse box trim/cover) bent, so I needed to replace it. As you can tell, it's a very tricky spot to get this behind the panel correctly.

In the future, you want to pull the door rubber back so you can slide that peice up and lock it into the fuse box cover. With the rubber their, it makes it much harder. Just pull the rubber seal up and away, install your plastic and then push the rubber seal back down.

Yea, the door seal was definitely a factor. I realized I had to slide the trim piece up, though. You place it about half way - where the second clip is still below the edge, snap the top clip in first, then slide up the rest of the way while making sure the bottom two clips fall into the channel. I'm pretty sure I got it all back...

Why not take it to the dealer. It's no doubt a warranty item.

It was my fault from running dash cam wires.
