Higher side? Sure, but a good number of them are being spec'd well above $150k. It's not particularly hard to do.
When mine arrived right around $150k, I felt a little guilty, but now, having seen so many specs above that, I feel downright disciplined compared to some RennList'ers. LOL

Thats 171k CDN, turboS starts at 231k here.
