Default Disabling passenger airbag

Usually when my 10 yo daughter sits in front seat of my other cars, I get a light that says passenger airbag disabled.

In the 992, however, it appears that she weighs enough to activate the airbag. I was not able to find any instructions in the manual how to disable the airbag manually.

I need to have mine checked. Putting an iphone or my keys on my passenger seat activates mine on and off. I have to slap the seat to get it to stop. It drives me nuts!

I’m dieing! Just yesterday I found myself yelling at my passenger seat because my iphone sets off the seatbelt chime.
