Was driving my Prius up the hill today, and got passed by a new (no plates yet) GR 991 Targa 4S. What a beautiful car. And color.

New car paint doesnt fade any more. My GR stays outsside 8-9 months /year and looks great. Its a little like silver in that it looks pretty clean even when its not. I'm on my second GR . Love it!

In the worst case, you spend a few thousand to repaint the car when it fades.
Doesn't sound like a huge cost considering people spend as much on coatings?

My favorite color since 1983 and many 911's. Just sold GR GT3 and have current 992 in GR. KIve in hot south and never any problem. I like the look of GR in two stage versus the old single stage paint. A good ceramic coating and its almost maintenance free.

I have a Guards Red 911S with manual transmission on order. I expect to get the car in Mid-Late December. I'll post pictures when it arrives. I'm very excited.

Nope...It's the metal sunroof, which looks like no sunroof when closed, but goofy when opened.!

Here's another on the way home from Anchorage by Denali National Park in April, mind you given the 13 inches of snow we just got it could be today 🙃
