Nice catch... I went back and forth between that option vs the leather seat backs and ultimately chose the leather.

You can still order the paldao trim, but maybe they encountered a production/quality issue with such a large section of wood? Or maybe there's a supply chain problem? Or perhaps Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur isn't able to train people to do the custom work. Who knows. It seemed weird to me, but I had to drop the "Seat Belt Outlet Trims in Race-Tex" option on my build because including it would have delayed my build date by 3 months.

I have good news.

You really need to think like a German . Look under the ‘Interior Leather category’ - You’ll find Sport Seats Plus Backrest Shells in Leather with Paldao Inlay.

I think they’ll look epic on a Cab or Targa. May go mostly unseen in a Coupe.

Correct, for some odd reason. They've grouped all of the seat shell inlay options under the leather category.
