The Porsche experience center has a drivers experience where you get to drive the S and 4S back to back on the same course. Take the course and make your decision.

Tough to go wrong either way here. The test results between the two cars differ by .1 from 0-60 and the qtr mile. Having had a 991.1 turbo that was all wheel drive and now owning a 992 S cab, the differences are subtle. The steering feel is better on the S and it has plenty of rear end grip. I have the goodyear tires and the back always seems to feel planted and stable. If you live in an area where there are snowy winters, I would get the 4s. Otherwise I think the S is the better choice as the front end has better road feel since it isn't burdened by having to put power down.

I would do 2s if its definitely your fun car and mainly gets driven in the dry, the 4S if its going to be your DD, really does help it cover all the seasons and just be generally fantastic all around. The 2s is almost as capable as the 4s though even in bad weather minus a few select environments when on winter tires as well...just as something else to think of.
