Default Deviated Seat Centers

I am considering adding deviated seat centers on my black/beige leather interior. Maybe black so I don't need to worry about stains. Has anybody done this? If so, can you post photos? The configurator doesn't show the changes exactly - wigs out a bit.

Dan, try the UK configurator. It will render the interior properly in 360 view. Also, you can see a couple of pics on this thread.

Thanks so much. I didn’t see that thread come up when searching and it’s a big help. I saw that somebody did a gray two-tone interior, then matched the seat centers with the gray. That was cool, and with the aventurine green paint, it looked good. Reflective glare is always my first thought if the dash isn’t black, so I wonder about the real world experience. I was thinking black centers on the beige seats, but that probably won’t work. I wish they had the chocolate brown as an option. I’ll check the UK configurator now. Thanks again.

I think that the best way to pull off deviated seat centers is on the two-tone interiors, matching the seat centers to the dash. So I think Beige/Black with Black seat centers would look great.

Hi Dan,
This is a build that I am considering for a 2021 model when all this stuff in the world is behind us. The 2D pictures on the US configurator don't work, but 360 view renders seat deviation.

I used to think the outside color should be the dark color with the inside seating portion light but those look pretty good.

Yes, not sold on it yet. Sometimes it takes awhile to sink into my brain.

Well the configurator is not perfect. I am unable to reverse it so the black is in the center. Also not sure I want beige door coverings. But I think the panel above the arm rest should be beige. It might well be and would look nice.

Saw a car on autotrader last night with the reverse... black interior with red inserts. Yours works better.
