The aero kit wing is really a work of art. Some hate it, some love it. Personally I think it adds the right amount of aggression to the 911.

My 2022 order with AK got approved for build, so I guess it is back for real. We'll see.

Congrats! This is great news. I gave up my ‘21 allocation due to Aero being canceled. Currently have on order a ‘22 with Aero but does not lock until 9/8. Looking forward to seeing pics once your car is delivered!

Yeah I did the same thing and gave up my 2021 build as it was backordered with aero kit. However I am now stuck still waiting for 2022 slot at my dealer as nothing has been available.. doesn't help during all this time I keep going back to configurator and swapping things around and start thinking is the wing TOO big??? Ugggg decisions decisions!

I did the same thing with the wing and many other options. It is a relief when the order finally gets locked so you don't keep second guessing everything! It's too late now!

No, they were for a short while and the stop order went into effect 7/1 and hasn’t been lifted. Cannot currently spec with aerokit and get it approved by the factory. You need the lift on the stop sale to happen before your lock date and make sure you have a V200 status after the lift happens.

thanks mate. I’m living in LA. Just run a pre approval application with dealer and dealer promised me next available allocation at msrp. Most of LA dealers charging 10k for markup. I do really like the aerokit and the salesman told me have to check with inventory manager to see any further info regarding this option. They predict allocation comes in Jan and March delivery

Yeah, the hope is that by the time those allocations are out and you are able to lock your build, the stop sale will have lifted.

hi mate, my sa just called me said they had previous 2022 model locked in with aerokit and seems I have chance to get it as well. Hope it’s a sign that Porsche lifted the stop sale

I hope you are right but don't count on it. It seems people on RL know more than most SA's.

It is based on your allocation date, not the lock date. MY 22’s that were allocated before July will lock with the AeroKit.
