One huge plus that I believe the Manual Transmission has, that I have noticed from a few videos on the PDK - is that when in Sports or Sports + modes, the auto start/stop is automatically disabled on the manual transmission versions. Where I believe the PDK is something you have to manually disable. This is excellent, as one less thing you have to turn off.

My wife drove it today, and I was trying to turn it off when she went into sport, and it was "greyed" out, so couldn't turn it off, as it was already disabled.

Also I notice when she stalled it once on a take off, if you press in the clutch after it stalls - it automatically restarts and you are off - so slightly less embarrassing..

It's automatically disabled in Sport and Sport+ modes in the PDK as well and also can be programmed off in the Individual mode.

Well that is good.. The Mac and F-cars you have to turn off no matter which mode, I had thought this might be a manual advantage for the 992, I guess not :-) Thanks for the clarification...
