received more details regarding the trims. Aren’t replacement parts. It fits over the OEM high gloss parts with 3m tape.

Correct, from Daniels explanation only these specific parts are 3D moulds that covers the OEM parts. They normally only produce direct OEM replacements with very few exceptions. These have been moulded in a way that just very slightly tucks around the edges for an exact fit. A more practical approach than replicating the original mould to fit into it’s original housing. Especially where the buttons sit for the heating and ventilation control. Imagine remoulding that piece into its original housing with electrics just to cover the piano finish, not worth the cost or the exercise IMO. Keep it clean, simple and reversible if nothing else...

I’m not afraid to call sh1# when I see it and give credit where due.....Daniels matching of 245g/m² plain carbon weave, layed in an 45° angle to match the factory finish.....it’s a work of art 👌

Just under $300 for the 3 piece centre console set. Best bet is to reach out to Daniel, his service and communication are top notch and always willing to work with his customers to package something up.

Lol, I just wrote to him a bit earlier to see if he had a solution for the manual transmission console. I have no idea why Porsche didn’t offer this with the CF package.

Can’t see that being to hard Dan. Its only the 2 side trims that are different from the PDK variant yeah?

That’s what I thought, but he has to have an example to take measurements. I think all of the MT’s are going to the US, right? Maybe he can pick it up off of some specs, but I will definitely get this if he can make it.

I was actually wondering about this for all their other pieces - front lip, front bumper trim pieces, mirror housing/base, side skirts, rear diffuser...so all of these are custom molded from scratch? I know you guys have written good reviews, but how do they ensure precise fitment where most others seem to fail? Do they account for machining tolerances that can sway over time?

thanks
I might be interested, but their website lacks any pictures for this. I'm guessing that it's what they're calling "Center console trim lining" "Product no.: 1686-0002" but I'd be loath to order it without knowing.

Definitely worth reaching out directly to Daniel as he did provide me a lot more detail and additional photos of products available that he was yet to upload.

Like many things available on the market today, you need to rely on previous experiences, reviews and feed back from fellow enthusiasts. That’s exactly what I did before committing without the ability to ‘try before you buy’. I’m sure if you speak DB carbon which I did over a long distance call to Germany you’ll get an idea of their history and craftsmanship.

I’ll be sure to post up plenty of photos and reviews on the quality and fit of my parts once they’ve been installed.
