Real World Pictures of RS Spyder Wheels

I have really been struggling on wheel choice for my order. I really like how the 992 looks with the RS Spyders but I am worried about difficulty of cleaning and how they look when dirty. Pictures are mostly of clean cars and wheels. Would love to see pictures of the RS Wheels after a couple of weeks of driving. Seems like the gun metal color would hide the brake dust a bit.
Alternatively considering the Carrera Exclusive wheels painted in high gloss black. Seems they would be very easy to take care of.

How bad are these wheels to keep clean ? They seem like it would be a lot of work ? With all the spokes
Wondering if the ceramic coating makes a big difference ? How long does it last for ?
My 991.2 has massive break dust, you can by pads that don't do as much wear but its all the same.
