Default New Lease Questions

In Midwest USA

2020 C2S ($135-140k MSRP)
Discounts: $6.5-8k
36 mo lease, top tier credit - MF 00300 to 00350

The discounts seem middle of the road; the MF seems way off of the already high 00250.

What are you seeing as markets have past correction mode? I saw the Tyson's Corner 'today and tomorrow only' thread and that struck me as unusual.

Thank you all for any feedback on what you are seeing.

As a general rule, Porsches don't lease well, specially 2 doors.

.00350 MF = interest rate of 8%



There was another thread on this. Like the post above pointed out - Porsche leases are just no good.

And if by Midwest you mean Chicago, just shop elsewhere. I suggest FL. Chicago is dreadful to buy cars.
