Default Car model on instrument cluster

I would like to change the model on the instrument cluster Right screen when I get into the car. It currently shows the model as “Carrera 4S” and I wanted to either change this to Porsche like the left screen, remove it completely or change it to the base model “Carrera” as I find it just looks busy. (I know it goes when I turn the key)

thanks. Lee

This would involve reprogramming the software. I don't believe anybody has done this just yet, but I'm sure somebody could do this through a 3rd party patch . It however does pose a risk to your warranty with the dealer.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I guess I am showing my naivety but I was thinking that a Porsche garage with PIWIS or something like Durametric could make a simple change. I was thinking there is a setting to simple change the model.
i also heard that Durametric dont support the 992 yet, but was wondering if someone with one has connected already to see if it will allow some simple changes.

Is this really bothering you for the few seconds you see it?
There so much to appreciate about these cars that this seems like not a worthy mod. Just my opinion.
