Default PDCC—worth it?

Just want some thoughts. My build locks in a few days. One SA believes a 911 is a sports car and as such should have the performance options. I’ve added everything I want except this. Just seems with the driving I’m doing it’s a waste of $3200. Is it noticeable in spirited everyday driving on a 992? Btw I ordered a manual c4s (yes I know pdk would make it faster)

Tons of opinions on this. Worth doing a search in the 991 forums.

On an SUV or even Panamera, the body control benefits of PDCC make sense. That said, the 911 is already pretty buttoned down. On a track PDCC may be useful but I personally don't think it's worth it for a street 911.

I had a 991.2 C4S with sport package, standard PASM suspension and RAS. I then ordered a 991.2 C2 GTS with RAS, PDCC and SPASM. I can’t say on the 992, but in the 991.2, I barely notice it when it’s on, over bumps or under hard cornering. Guessing that if you skip it and/or spend that money elsewhere, you won’t miss it. SPASM and RAS are probably worth it though...

So with the manual transmission you get spasm, sport exhaust, and sport chrono. I add RAS. So all that’s left is the PDCC. From what I’ve read in posts it does seem that ppl are a bit divided. I wanna load the car up but I don’t want to be wasteful at this point. This is the first new car I’ve ever purchased.

On a C4S it will be noticeable...I say, "If you're gonna be a bear, be a grizzly"...get the PDCC.

It's also noticeable for driving comfort.

As far as I know, it's not a feature that can be turned on and off. It's there and on all the time. The switch in the dash mentions PDCC for whatever the reason is but it only switches suspension mode from Normal to Sport and vice versa. So it might be a good idea to drive one with and one without if possible.
