For those wondering, here is a 911 prior to painting. I, for one, don't see much light ivory in the pre-painted Porsche. But, whatever....
That looks like Rhodium, lol. FWIW, If I could have any car that I have seen on these forums, it would be your Ivory car. It's subtle, it's classic, it's perfect. Different strokes
Thigos - thanks for your kind words. With one exception (see above) the feedback on my light ivory Touring has been extremely positive. As we all know, color is highly subjective. One man's perfect color is another man's eyesore. Porsche obviously likes it, as they nicked one of the photos of my car (without acknowledging either the car owner or the photographer) for a Black Friday Instagram post. I may one day drive my Touring from LA to New Orleans (I went to medical school at Tulane). I'll drop you a line before heading through El Paso!

I do not wish to remain the exception. On first glance, it looked unfinished, and I joked about it. Please accept my apologies for any offense taken.
I concede that it is a gorgeous car, and color selection, and there's no reason for you to feel that it has been indicted in any way.

Just do what you want and don't listen to anyone else. Just remember all the colors you've had before and what you liked and didn't like about them.
I was laughing the other day when a salesman Porsche Ambassador called it genital blue on accident. Best trip I ever took to the dealer while picking up another new front lip for my GT3.

Lol
That’s the blue that you get when you’re stuck driving a GT3 in stop-n-go traffic. 🤪
no allocation nor specs on 992 GT3and ppl ended as expected on discussing 991 colours
time for dogs
True, but light ivory has been around since the 1960's. I think Porsche should change the name of light ivory to DFTFUNS (Direct From The Factory Unpainted No Stickers). Light ivory just doesn't do the color (or lack thereof) justice.
i would go for a combination of 2 factors - a color that you really like and one that will be very unique as time goes by. for me, it would be a skittles-type color with porsche heritage, as some have suggested.
In the coming year I have to make the hardest decision of my life... choosing the color of my 992 GT3....
I’m calling Guinness Book of World Records for you so you can claim the record for “player of the world’s tiniest violin.....” PM me where you would like the award to be sent...
