Porsche 992 wheel spacers will likely have five complementary tabs.
I expect some aftermarket wheel spacers do not have complementary tabs and use only the hub set screw to index the spacer to the hub's bolt holes.
Aftermarket wide spacers that exceed the depth of the hub's locating tabs could have a universal design that fit 992 and earlier hubs.
Narrower spacers will not fit both 992 and 991 hubs.

I ordered from Suncoast and ran the 991 OE spacers for about 1 month before my HRE Wheels arrived. I'll update with the product numbers later today.

They worked fine and the Break Rotor screws lined up, Hubcentric, worked without issues. Came with longer LugBolts

I did order a set from aftermarket and they did not work for the same reason's you stated.

@HKS350 , one of your earlier responses mentions 10mm spacers for the rear and 15mm for the front. Looks like Suncoast only has 7mm and 15mm. Where you able to get 10mm spacers from them?

Also, if you don't mind sharing, what are the specs on the HRE wheels where you are no longer running the spacers?

You are correct. I have a stack of Porsche spacers that range from 1mm - 10mm from my old 997 GT3 track days.

I picked up new 7mm and 15mm from suncoast and used a 3mm + 7mm in the rear with longer Studs. I don't recommend this of course but I was just playing with spacers to get my HRE wheel sizes correct.

Attached is the sales receipt from Suncoast

HRE wheels specs:
Classic 300
Front - 20x9 +45
Rear - 21x12 +60

Quick update. I tried the Suncoast spacers, and had a vibration once installed. It may have been a bad batch, but was a bit concerned. So I test fitted H&R 991.2 spacers, and they worked perfectly. For an aggressive stance, I went with 15mm on the rear and 18mm on the front. At the same time, I had a GIAC tune and Tubi sport cats installed. Here are some photos on the outcome
