Alcantara for Seats, headliners, awesome! Steering wheels, shifters, e-brakes? -- less than awesome. Oils from our hands ruin it. Wear driving gloves.

The 2nd photo with the sun casting on it looks absolutely beautiful. Love how this color changes under different lighting.

That is just gorgeous. I am patiently waiting for the dealer to complete all my work and should have it in a week or so. I will say I'm not a fan of the RS for cleaning or for the color of the wheel, but they really do go well with the Gentian Blue.

Is that the standard RS color or have they been painted?

These are standard wheels. And they are very difficult to clean. Recently got a brush attachment for my drill that makes it much easier though.

Ha!! I just counted. 20 separate spaces to get into per wheel. 80 for all 4. That's a lot of work.

That's my least favorite task while washing the car and specifically why I didn't even consider the RS wheels. Went for the Carrera Classics for my Gentian Blue C2S--nice and open and easy to clean (especially with ceramic coating).

My RS wheels takes less than a minute per wheel to clean - with a sponge and my average size hands (of course the car doesn’t put off much brake dust).

One of the easier wheels to clean if you ask me.
