It comes up when you're within 1000 miles of the next service. I suspect that it also comes up if you're within 30 days of the service, but I have put too many miles on my car to ever see that. LOL

As I mentioned mine was delivered in March 2020 and I’m just under 11k. I need rear tires NOW. Haven’t been driving it much in the last month. Been holding out for proper Michelin PS4S. But don’t want to wait much longer. I have Goodyears. May replace with those. What have you all done?
