Sport Design chin same as PASM chin but painted?
Does anyone know if the Sport Design chin spoiler is the same as the PASM chin but painted body colour?
The reason I ask is that my office ramp is quite steep and even with the lift it'll probably touch. I'd just assume chew up a black plastic piece than painted piece. Thinking I could swap them out...
Our 991.1 C2S with PASM scrapes daily. You can really see it from a standing vantage point especially so because it's just a black plastic part...

As best I can tell the sport design lip is the same as the extended one that comes with the sport suspension option, or “SPASM”. Both have less ground clearance, except the SPASM chin spoiler is black plastic and hence can better withstand scrapes. In fact the entire black chin spoiler can be completely replaced for $200, this is why despite the fact that I really like the Sport Design Front, that I decided not to order it.
