I prefer women (and cars) from the 964/993 era. You can keep the long hood era women.

Thanks for the feedback on the 992.

Narrow body turned into a wide body with a whale of a tail end.

Actually drove a 992 S last weekend and thought it was pretty impressive. Wouldn't give up a GT car for it. BUT, steering is improved, its very quick, in person it looks better than pics inside and out. I didn't actually mind the nub at all. Engine response is a step on from 991.2. Im not amazed by it but liked it more than I thought I would. Its a great DD sports car.

That said, not sure how the 992 techy stuff is going to pair with the next GT3. Just seems weird to have all the screen real estate, Virtual buttons, nub, etc. in a “track car”. Mixed vibes.

Not so. I have had multiple RS's and GT's and currently have .2RS and absolutely love the feel of my 991.2 Carrera T. Probably the most underrated Porsche in many years!

I didn't say you can't love the feeling of a lesser model. I'm just saying that, relatively, they will feel less "exacting" that the GT cars.

The T is not a base model and its the Goldilock of the 911 range. After owning 4 GT cars and a Turbo, the T is just as exciting to drive as all but the RS w/ side muffler delete. My T has a tune which seems to mask the turbo lag better by providing better throttle response and then follow through with better mid and top end power and has more torque from that tuned turbo motor than the NA GT cars.

What are the main differences between a T and a Carrera?

I think the outside of the car looks fine but not a fan of the interior and completely agree with this statement
