@M3Inline6 What do you think of the hoses? Any seat time?
They are definitely robust and well made, but I haven’t driven the car yet. I also installed BMC filters while I had the rear wheels off. I’ll give it a go when I’m back in Nevada.
Like the other poster, louder is not the goal. Tone/pitch is however. It’s definitely subjective, but I don’t want my 911 to sound like a Mustang.
+1…… Opening the valve controls the QUANTITY of sound whereas an after market designed exhaust made of different materials controls the QUALITY of sound ……while recognizing that sound is entirely subjective. I love the blues and my wife loves classical. The other overlooked advantage to aftermarket exhaust is weight savings. The JCR titanium center weighs 7 lbs. The BRE inconel weighs 12 lbs. compared to 2-3 x the OEM weight hanging out over the A$$ of the car. They both (and the Kline) sound glorious IMHO and weigh less. Anyone who came from a 997 or 991.1 craves better exhaust sound in the 992.

Loud and deep gp together for me - I hate the high-pitched sound that some systems make but it is subjective and personal. Did you try the cats with the PSE first?
I heard cats and PSE and to me it was the same exhaust note just louder. Personally I wanted a tone change. The iPE adds a deep tone, I'm not sure how to explain it and the youtube videos do not do it justice. Flat6motorsorts video does a good job explaining it also. For me, it sounds much better and in line with what I want for the my car. If I need more volume down the line I will open the valves fully with a tune, but for now it's exactly as I hoped and I like having the valve function. I agree with you, need free flowing without valve or fully open valve to get full volume, there are some exhaust that are just a pipe straight out of the cats. I thought of that, and those tend to be much cheaper, it just wasn't for me.
I installed four on my car. You first install the four tapped nuts, and the four allen head screws thread in. It’s very clean, and it makes removal/attachment of the plate

what generation did you order 1,2 or 3
I ordered Gen 3’s, and used rivet nuts/nutserts.
I’ll see if I can find a picture.
it's whatever the declared value is. i always try to lover the price on shipping invoice to save money for the customer. plus i believe they charge import tax on shipments that are over $1000 if i am not mistaken.

The max WAS $800 and still may remain for a short time
More of a what I did, but I bought Ohlins Road & Track coilovers for my C2S and installed them. Still dialing everything in, but an easy install overall and great support on a few questions I had through Flat 6 who I purchased the kit from.
I hate having the white EZ Pass visible in my windshield at the font of the car, so this will hide it. I do not plan on using the included black plastic suction cups, and I will make use of the Velcro tabs I already have.
(For those of you outside the U.S. (North America?), EZ Pass is a transponder that allows you to pay tolls).

Flat 6 motorsports is awesome and gives great insights into their different products. Can I ask what steered you towards the Ohlins versus the Bilsteins? Are the Ohlins better on track / for cornering? My understanding on the Bilstein's is they are more of an OEM+ upgrade.
