Default Rear Spoiler Confusion

I manually raised the rear spoiler while working on the car this afternoon. When I drove off the spoiler was still up as expected. I tried to manually lower the spoiler when I was driving with no effect. I understand it goes up automatically at a certain speed and I am assuming that it goes down once it returns to below that speed. Anyways I could not manually (using the PCM screen) lower the spoiler while driving even at very low speeds. I finally was able to retract or lower it once I came to a complete stop. As anyone else noticed this.

If it's anything like the operation of my 718 (and all 991s) it has quirky functionality when at a low speed.
If it's up at a speed under 25(?)mph, you have to press and hold the spoiler button to lower it (at least like 3 seconds). Above that speed, it's 1 touch down/up.

The 991/718 also has it so that if it's up already when you start the car, it will automatically go down once you reach 15mph (don't ask me why).

So, the spoiler automatically goes up at 60mph and retracts at 40mph. I’m assuming this can’t be adjusted manually.

To clarify, adjusted manually let’s say driving in the city could I prevent it from raising at 60mph and adjust it to a higher speed

With maybe a coding tool you could adjust that speed (dealership? 3rd party?) but not in the normal PCM.

If you have the button on it will always be up and never go down automatically

I would keep it down..........to large in proportion to the car relative to the way it is cut on the 991...
