Default Little issue on my 992

I had a 991.2 Carrera S pdk and the fuel consumption was linear and very good.

Now I have 992 Carrera S and I see that fuel consumption is worst than previous model.

In the first miles (3-4 km) I have a very bad fuel consumption (4 km/l) and after some km it became 9km/l So ok

And also in the very first km when i drive slow the pdk and the gearshift feels not so smooth ... with a little kick in the back every time I change gear, mostly from 2nd to 3rd and to 4th.

After some mileage the issue is gone.

Have you some experience and what do you thing it is?

Regarding the fuel it should get better as the engine beds in.

You are correct regarding the kick back on slow speed 2,3,4. It seems to do it when the oil is cold. I am glad I am not the only one that experience this.

Same here, when the engine is cold the consumption is quite high. Doubt this gets any better! Probably to warm up quicker.

I also have some (not much) gearbox ”chatter” when going slow in first, how about any of you? Did not experience this in my 991 GTS

Check tire pressures.

MPGs will improve as the engine breaks in.
