Cup2 tires for 992
As I’ve mentioned in another thread, there are no R tires available for the rear on the 992.
And in in my case with a 4s the issue of rolling circumference needs to be considered too.
After weeks of talking to Goodyear, Michelin, etc., I had to realize that it is not happening this side of Christmas.
However, diving even further down I uncovered a pretty interesting fact... the 315/30-21 Mo marked Cup2 is so close in real size to the stock Goodyear F1 Eagle Assymetric 3 305/30-21 that the car can’t tell the difference and it works like a charm!
Load-index is no problem either and I’ve had my first track day on these. Perfect!
