Configuring my July PCA Summer raffle win. Figured, since I'm configuring a free car, why not go a little crazy with colors and wheels? My question simple: what paint colors will work well with gold wheels? Adventurine Green is an obvious choice, but I've seen this color in the wild and its too sedate for me. Opinions?
Question for the OP: how does it work when you win the PCA raffle and configure your car…do they give you an MSRP limit for the build, or can you literally check every option box and really inflate the price?

Red and gold is a classic combination. It's not subtle, but that's ok. Nothing wrong with a little color.
I have these wheels painted in Weissgold, which is a little lighter than standard gold. If you are powdercoating, it's a nice option and a classic Porsche color.
