two days ago I been to say hi to my friend Roberto by Porsche Zentrum Verona , and for the fist time I got two 992 very close to take a look , my friend was busy with a Panamera H. delivery , so I spend half an hour around the new Macans and sure 911....

both 992 were full loaded , roof , cameras like a Q8 and much much more .... , on the 2nd turn I decide to check the exhaust and I couldn’t believe my eyes !!!!!

like in a cheap VW or Mercedes A or E or C or Pegeout or Toyota , the pipes small and shy dies inside the car far away from the bumper , than 2 inches of nothing , and than the big ovals fake finals located in the plastic , and this cheap sorrounding cover is in the bumper ,
like when young boys try to build the own Lamborghini replica in the own garage on a Toyota MR2 , and they do not have the money to buy exhaust !!!!

I was shocked and I was feeling like in a candid camera , I can not believe the Porsche managers decide to do money over the decent line of the limit , or maybe they thinking the smog check will be easer ???

I don't know but nobody talk about the cheap interiors, ok maybe are nice for the most , but please the SPORT optionals EXAUST are a shame for every Porsche enthusiast !!! I'm sure this summer I will try the car , and the rest would be also not better , Porsche cover all this shame whit numbers and monitors , but I think before winter peoples will understand and will buy 997 , 964 and 991 like never before !!!!

FYI, The exhausts on the 991.2 GT3 are exactly the same as the 992 Sport Exhaust .

uhm GT2 RS , and yes R really ridiculous , but as the rest of the car is a weight save project , like the decal badge on the trunk , carbon etcetera , exactly the opposite of the 992 Limo 2 doors

Yeah it's abominable. To me, it's like complaining about your supermodel girlfriend, who can cook, but unfortunately has crooked toes and a lisp. The horror! It's still an improvement over hot girls next door, the 991.2 and 991.1, with which, um, many of us have extensive carnal knowledge, yet are moving on....

Oh good, I'm sooo glad we can have another thread with everyone bitching about how much they hate the 992. All of these complaints are so fresh and original!

ja , I mean , the problem is not how the 992 is made, I think the point is how fast and in wich way is chancing the 911 , is really necessary a 700 hp hybrid 4wd Turbo cabrio ??? in any place of this planet ??

and about the design , is really necessary do the rear and interiors so close to Panamera , Macans and Cayenne , for a 8 years time life flagship model with 50 yers of history ?

if this is the way will be much more enjoyable play on the videogames

I think you mean the .2 GT2, not GT3. The exhaust tips on the Gt2 are fake but I never hear anybody complaining about that.

maybe because the GT2RS is a kind of car built for the track day , light and impolite , but I'm sure the most did not complain cause were speculator and collectors , owner doing 150 miles pro year do not really care about this staff, they looking value and spec. numbers ,
now the value is dropping down , cause all the brands are selling too many special cars , hi revs hard to enjoy cars , ready to buy in the most of the dealers , so right now ( to drivers and speculators ) looking much better the GT3 touring than the GT2RS owner orphan , and nice pipes orphan too .
my opinion is : GT2 RS so as the 991 Speedster are too cozy , they start in the right way , but than to be fine to any market in one shot , Porsche did too many comfort , that's why the GT2RS look a even faster 991 to the eyes , but should be much more raw and closer to a F40 in the cockpit ,
the nice looking 991 speedster born also under a bad star , too many 1948 cars ! big bucks ! and too far away from the one we saw at Goodwood last year ,
all is fine guys but I think right now the managers are too much Audi friendly than in the 997 era , that's it .

I also think they were so CLEVER to get the GT2RS feedback , and use as apology for the 992 !
next in fall once the Taycan will be delivered , we will see the 992.2 features !

very similar thread to 8 years ago ... 16 years ago ... 24 years ago ........... today many people look at PSE, interiors, external plastics, similarities with panamera, weight, width, length, turbo, gearbox, razor, etc. etc.

see you in a few years where the various haters will start to buy 992 used, to love them, to adore them, to try them, to go on track ... waiting to criticize the future 992.2 and to admire the GTx versions ... same story

although he pretends to be a track guy, he are there for critics new benchmark of the sportcar because the car in video have to many plastics, no full leather, ecc ecc...

And if you want all the things missing in that car, try a full spec 992😏
