Order Books Opened
1) When did dealers is North America have ability to build a 992 4S with customers exactly (or customers online on their own)? Was it January?
2) Is anyone in North America receiving their 992 prior to June?
3) Does anyone have Euro Delivery setup on a 992, and if so, do you have a rough date this summer when you will be going?
4) Based on Porsche history, would it be ok to assume that the C4 order books will follow this same schedule in 2020?
I am trying to start planning for a C4 build and would be very helpful to have a better understanding of the dates for the S and 4S this year, as I expect perhaps that the C4 production will mirror this in 2020. Thanks!

1. My dealer had allocations and we built my S in mid-January and they already had 4 confirmed/allocated 4S builds at that time. I put down a deposit in early Feb and my car goes to production next week (V260).
2. I doubt the first US cars will be here in June. My car is supposed to arrive at the dealer (V900) on 12 July and I have been told it could be 1-2 months later due to having to get EPA/CARB certification. Someone on this forum said on sale date will be 16 August.
3. My dealership had a lady doing Euro Delivery of a 4S and I think they were going in July to coincide with a vacation. However once the car arrives at US port it could again be held up for certification.
4. No idea re C4 in 2020 - sorry.
