Default So, why not PCCB on 992?

Studying this great forum i understand that:

PCCB is noisy and do not improve the braking distance cause the stock braking system is already very good ( but greater disks should brake better.. ).

1kg less weight on rotating mass is like saving x 5kg on non rotating mass, but how much lighter the PCCB disks are?

PCCB do not fade on track use but i'll not track my 992.

Anyway those big disks with big black calipers ( can't stand yellow calipers on red cars) are intriguing me.

I'd like to hear some PCCB users and lovers

Thanks

Mine are not noisy, no brake dust, brakes feel great. I will never have another 911 without them. Probably will get the Black next time though.

They're better in every way. The do not leave brake dust and are quieter than steel brakes.

I am in the process of changing my 991.2 GTS brakes over to PCCBs as we speak...the money it is costing me should help you decide.
