Congratulations on a beautiful car. After you get your 992 broken in I would love to get an in depth comparison between your GT3 Touring and the new car. The GT3 Touring is a car that I would love to own, so the comparison would be great. Thanks, best of luck with your new car.

The wood trim does look really nice...revisiting the seatbelts a good idea I think. Another approach (given you like red) could be the burgundy/black interior (which gets burgundy stitching on dash and wheels) and where the wood would be the transition line...though probably too much color for your taste. Happy configuring!

Normally would say black tips on a silver car, but with those wheels (with the metallic rim line), and keeping the bright Carrera badge, the silver tips look good to my eye.
On your interior, we all have different tastes, so take this for as little as it is worth...the red seat belts (sporty), the silver sport seat backs (sporty) and the wood trim (GT/lux) might all look nice individually, but I'm not sure they belong together. Maybe aluminum, or CF or leather trim? Or...go the GT route...loose the sport seats and red belts, and add stitching? In any case, the brown wood on your color palette seems like its putting up a fight. I'm sure other eyes see it differently. Go with what makes you happy.

So I’ve been back and forth with various seatbelt colors and aluminum or wood trim on the configurator, and come to the conclusion I still like the black interior with wood trim and Bordeaux Red seat belts the best. Think it's because, in my mind at least, it balances with the GT silver paint, black trim, and red tail lights on the exterior, along with the black leather, silver trim and red of the seat belt buttons on the interior.
I do appreciate all the suggestions though. It was a good idea for me to try out some other combinations that I hadn’t thought of. Thinking I should make one more trip to the dealer to try and see if I can view some of the colors I’m thinking of in real world conditions. Certainly seeing some actual pictures of delivered cars on here has been a real help. Thanks!
