Got to try the Braun for the first time this weekend on a 24 hr test drive I missed not having somewhere to rest my hand and I could not remember to push it forward for reverse for the life of me!
Ordered the aluminum upgraded PDK shifter for my TTS. I like it - feels nicer to use and looks nicer than the standard. Shouldn’t crack either. Recommended.
Can you retrofit? Or even better I'd really like my old Mr. Gasket shifter T-handle back from my 68 Roadrunner...(I have the T just needs the assembly...)

I ordered the same on my GTS build at the recommendation of the dealer, glad to hear you like it.
… and you knew they were going to make you get a GT to get no nub 😂 lol
The push button with pdk pattern on top of the manual style lever still is best.
This is very much more in line with what a high performance sports car should have. I hate that little switch. Why didn't they just go push button like the Ferrari, Corvette, and others do if they wanted to differentiate it from the manual.
Yeah and how cool was that. Carried through well into the 60s. I know some Corvette "purists" whose heads exploded when this type of transmission switching gear was revealed for the C8. Some of those pound offs are praying that the C9 will go back to front engine, talk about living in the past. Reminds me of the 911 guys who are still licking their wounds inflicted by the 911 changing to a water cooling system. Everything changes with time and in the automotive world it is usually for the better ********************************************* (edited out siberian).
