Sat in the 992
Was invited to come check out the 992 at PEC Atlanta. The car is stunning in person. I loved every detail except the shifter. The squared off lines totally work, the interior is a level up and everything screams high quality. I wasn't so sure I'd like it but I left feeling very happy about the direction. There is even more room vs the 991 but it doesn't look appreciably bigger on the outside. It has a very modern trim like presence. Here are a few pics.

The TFT screen is stunning.
The rear end is amazing in person. The 3-D effect of the lines do not show well on pictures.

How did you find it?

Do you lose seat ventilation with Sport Tex seats?
Thank you for the great pictures.

Saw it up close and didn't turn into stone, there's hope Samson ...
Good pics indeed. The right TFT looks nice. The rear space (I have kids that will be squeezed there) looks the same in other sites, seems to be the general consensus.

Thank you. That's kind of what I thought the answer might be. Kind of like the current Alcantara offereing......no vents allowed. Maybe not needed anyways? But it would be cool (pun intended) to have both.....especially in a cabriolet.

Quick question, looking at the picture of the side mirrors, I notice the black plastic fin jutting out. Is that Porsche's answer to reduce th buffeting with the windows down?
