Default Different performance on Canadian and US sites

So looking at the 992 to play with the Configurator (who doesn't, right?), I noticed that the performance numbers are different on Canadian and US sites. Does anyone know if it's due to the difference between testing standards or are the cars themselves different?

100 km/h is actually 62.14 mp/h. Maybe it takes .2 seconds longer to achieve the extra 2.14 mp/h ?
