This car came with Soul 200cels and recently I had a CEL. I saw a bunch of stuff when I did a scan and cleared the codes to see if any returned. No CEL but I did a scan yesterday and this returned. Whats your take??

The downstream 02 sensors are what is reading whether the cats are working properly. Typically with 02 sensor codes you want to check to see if the sensors are broken/damaged and replace if necessary. Problem is both downstream sensors are throwing codes so its more likely that the cats could be defective. I would suggest bringing your car to someone that specializes in Porsches and have them diagnose the issue for you. The downstream sensor codes aren't going to cause any drivability issues with your car but you could run into some issues passing inspection in your state depending on where you live. You may have to replace the cats with OEM or new aftermarket cats. Or look at tuning your car which could be the best option since you'd alleviate the codes and pick up some amazing performance gains while retaining the 200 cell cats you currently have.

Appears to be loose vent plugs right behind the O2 sensor. I was able to turn one with my fingers. I will tighten them, clear codes and see what comes up. Hope thats all it is.

It is most likely this. I had that on one of my cats and soul sent me new steel plugs and lock tight. replaced them and everything has been 100% for 9 months now.
