The Mustand dyno didn't disappoint in continuing to read low.
Here is my 992 Turbo S w\Tune, 100 CEL Sport Cats, exhaust and filter, dyno in awd mode, 36F.
I usually try bringing an extra fan and blow across the intercooler or she will heat soak quickly and pull timing. I don't think you're far off considering a 10% loss, have you done any tune revisions or is this a OTS tune?
Edit, for reference, I only made 840whp on a mustang with PTME turbos, meth and MS109

This was more of a curious run. I estimated 685whp - 710whp Dynojet based on 8-12% variance.
Last run was with 3 fans in the back and 5 in the front.
The power band seems to flattened around 4200-5500rpm as if its pulling timing. I have to do some data logging and see what's happening. This is a OTS Softronic tune.
The pull looks to have been done in Auto mode and you can hear the car upshifting, instead of running it on manual mode and hitting limiter.
Car is running 5.8 60-130mph so it pulls fairly well.
Auto mode would cause issues with the reading likely as it shifted out of 1:1 gear.
5.8 60-130 is perfect and running very strong, that is where I was with similar mods, 93 oct pump, which is about 140mph trap speed. If I leaned on the tune any further, timing correction got more aggressive, so we left it alone.
Beauty color BTW and I love the square exhaust ports.

Yes. The vehicle shifted early and did not reach full redline.
The square exhaust I believe look proper on a Turbo. I ordered it without PSE from factory and added the PSE after for $500

Thats what Emre suggested and others did as well. It was also 36-F so not a hot day at all.
Vehicle was not on Dyno mode so that could have affected things as well.
Why do you say Emre but Softtronic tune? Isn’t that two different co?
I do not think the fans matter much with a stationary car, I blow air up the bottom all the time, it’s an air to air intercooler, with air flow over the core, it would help with cooling.
