How long will the 992.2 TTS be in production, in all likelihood, before the next generation?

I believe the 911 models are on a 4 year cycle. Guessing the next Gen will be a 2030 994 TTS.

Been told will be on the road some time early Q1. Lots of demand here in UK, the Turbo S has always had a great following.

My local dealer is already demanding a 50k adm for when allocations come out. I didn’t bite. 😂

A $350k hybrid Turbo S. I'm sure that will sell like hotcakes...

I ordered mine at home in Europe on 15th of this month. I saw the number that they already had on order at the dealership in question , paid my deposit and was told 9 - 12 months before delivery. In fact the conversation went even before speccing ' You do realise you will have to wait 12 months dont you ?' . It's going to put lots of folks off I'm sure.' Thankfully I'll wait as I already have a .1.

So there's already tons of demand, even with the hybrid changes and massive price hike?

I was told there are about 10 allocations in queue, with a 6-12 month waitlist before I can get an allocation. Apparently Porsche won't even allow orders for the rear folding seats over here until March '26. At this rate, it might be 2028 before I can get a '26 model built and delivered.

Once there are allocations in the dealers' systems I will have access to some for sure. I've heard conflicting information on when that will be so we'll have to wait and see!

I searched the March-June 2020 posts on the new 992 turbo reveal and this forum is a ghost town compared to that time. 992.1 used prices continue to rise and a definite tone of dissatisfaction on the hybrid (compared to the 991 to 992 transition and posts during the first two weeks following reveal. And that was during the beginning of a pandemic killing thousands daily!!

I suspect, as regard prices, that is country dependent. My new order is similar spec to previous 2024 992.1 and cheaper after discount.

I saw on screen 16 orders from 1 dealership after launch.

I LIKE the hybridisation initiative. Then again that’s personal choice.
