Default Missing Sport PASM

I’m looking to buy a used 992 turbo that has almost the right spec for me, missing a few things but I’ll never find the perfect one unless I build it myself which is not an option at this moment.

This 992 Turbo was not specced with SPASM (sport pasm) and just has the standard suspension. From posts I’ve read, it seems that there is no real comfort difference between SPASM and regular PASM. If there was a comfort difference it would be easier to accept and make more sense as this will be a daily driver in Michigan. The fact that there is no real difference in comfort and also that some have said it feels a bit more sloppy to drive than a SPASM car is a bit of a turn off for me.

i would appreciate any input

thanks

No one knows. No one ever checked the box for PASM on a TTS.

Just for the aesthetics I'd pass.

Hmmm. I may be thinking of the GTS? Or maybe wrong altogether.

i have no exp with pasm only spasm.

one potential option is to look into bilsteins coilovers for the tts. it supports factory features and allows you to lower the car which may in turn get rid of some of the sloppiness you read about of the oem pasm. again, no exp with pasm here.

My UK TTS specced by me has PASM. Our back roads aren't good and SPASM is definitely a hard ride and unsettled if not twitchy and disconcerting. Like a 992 GT3 which is equally bad over here. Regular PASM is perfect, any vague ride/ steering is just completely bogus. No doubt posted by a SPASM owner.

If you like the build, just do coilovers for proper stance.

I rarely use full SPASM as it is unforgiving on most roads.

If you want more "crispness", Cup 2s will do that.
